What’s the difference about Eccentric Fashion

We are not just like any online fashion shop, our distinctive services includes spending immense time looking for the best and unique leading fashion trends for our customers. How do I place an order?

It’s that Simply, follow the prompts below

  • Select category of your choice
  • Add all items desires on your basket
  • Confirm order and Check out
  • Complete your particulars on the customer information sheet and make payment via your preferred method either Payfast or EFT

Payfast

  • Payfast is effective for making quick payments online. If you already have an account, select Payfast payment option then at payment destination system will allow you to log in and make payment using funds available on your Payfast account.

Electronic Funds Transfer

  • EFTs payments provide quick and easy payment options to customers without Payfast accounts.
  • On payment destination, select EFT payment opinion and you’ll receive an email with payment details
  • Kindly forward us proof of purchase once payment is done to sales@eccentricfashion.com
What if I’d like to know more the product?

Feel free to contact us if you have further questions regarding the product you’d like to purchase. Please check the item description when viewing the product.

How do I know exact delivery dates?

On confirmation of order Eccentric Fashion will send you confirmation of order and details and later followed by delivery dates.

What if my delivery hasn’t be delivered on planned delivery date?

Eccentric Fashion aims to deliver to its clients on the dates it commits to, but at times delays can happen beyond our control. We’ll notify you when we have any difficulties to delivery on time. You’re welcomed to drop us an email following up on your order.

What if my order is defective?

No need to worry about. If your garment is defective, you can either email us at eccentricfasshion.elegance@gmail.com or alternatively contact us at 060 911 9493. Mondays to Friday between 09h00 and 17h00, and Saturdays between 09h00 and 13h00. We’ll gladly exchange it for you or alternatively refund you. Note* no refund on sale and clearance items*

What is the Return policy?

Yes, we do refund our clients if they’re unsatisfied with the product. See our Terms and Conditions for refunds.

Can I ask for a dress/shoe I saw on the internet?

Yes, please contact us if you saw a dress/shoe on the internet. Eccentric Fashion will try and source it for you. It might not be the exact same but we’ll try to match it 90%. Contact us about our extended customer services.

What are your delivery charges?

We have a flat shipping rate of R100.00 for goods less than 3kg! Rates applicable for deliveries around South Africa only.

What if I want try on the clothes before I buy?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a physical shop as yet everything we sell online. Please check Item description to assist you on selecting the right size for yourself. Remember if you selected a small or big size, you can always return for an exchange. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram and visit us at events where we showcase our products.

I need my order urgently, how can I get it quicker?

We can always expedite your delivery. Please contact us to discuss expedite shipping rates
